Terms of Service — Beta Draft

Pre-release draft, not yet effective. This project is being prepared by an individual operator / independent developer; no dedicated company or other legal entity has been established for it. TODO: confirm individual operator identification, jurisdiction, final governing terms and effective date.

Initial scope is an English-language public launch with controlled free usage. Permitted service regions must be reviewed against Kie and infrastructure restrictions before opening; this draft does not offer worldwide access.

Controlled free usage

Quick Rumpelstiltskin generates one 6-second AI tiptoe dance using a photo and our original fixed reference. It does not offer arbitrary reference uploads, Classic or payments. Approved accounts receive credits manually; one app credit reserves one Quick attempt. Settled failed or canceled-before-submit tasks return the app credit. Submission-unknown cases wait for reconciliation and cannot be resubmitted automatically.

Your authorization

Only upload your own adult portrait or an adult portrait with that person's explicit authorization for third-party AI processing. Do not upload unauthorized third-party likenesses, impersonate someone, or use the service for harassment, fraud, sexual exploitation or unlawful material. You must have the rights needed to submit the material. You permit processing only as needed to create and deliver your video; publishing it as a site example requires separate permission.

Outputs and limits

AI outputs are stylized and can contain inaccuracies. Body, clothing and scene are synthesized; resemblance is not guaranteed for every input. Do not represent a generated clip as authentic footage. Use outputs only in ways consistent with your material rights and applicable rules; this draft does not promise exclusive copyright ownership in AI output.

Beta access, concurrent tasks, daily quotas and supplier budgets are limited. We may pause new generation while allowing existing tasks to finish. No paid checkout is available. Download before expiry; retention/deletion are described in the privacy draft. TODO: approve final service suspension, liability and dispute terms for the operator's actual jurisdiction before launch.
