Privacy Policy — Beta Draft

Pre-release draft, not yet effective. The project is being prepared by an individual operator / independent developer, with no dedicated company or other legal entity established for it. TODO before public launch: finalize the individual operator's identification, applicable jurisdiction/contact disclosures, policy approval and effective date.

The planned privacy/data-request mailbox is support@airumpelstiltskin.video; activation and receiving have not been verified. Initial scope is an English-language public launch with controlled free usage. Final permitted regions remain subject to provider and infrastructure restrictions; no worldwide availability is promised.

What Quick does

You upload one authorized adult portrait. Our server submits it to Kie.ai, a third-party AI provider, together with an original fixed dance reference, to generate a 6-second stylized video. We also process account, credit-ledger and task-status information needed to run a controlled free service. We do not use face-recognition scores to assess your identity.

Private access and sharing

Uploaded photos and generated results are stored privately. Preview and download require account ownership and short-lived access tokens. The provider receives short-lived, task-bound access to the input and project reference. We do not publish your photo or result as an example without a separate authorization. Our example uses a fictional avatar. Do not include sensitive personal information unrelated to the video.

Retention and deletion

Proposed configurable service defaults: unused uploads expire after 24 hours; task inputs after 24 hours from completion; generated results after 7 days. Cleanup runs periodically. Active or ambiguous supplier tasks retain their input until processing or reconciliation is resolved, so deletion can be delayed. Delete a result from your history to request removal of its local input and output; cleanup retries failed removals. A deletion request does not cancel an already submitted supplier task. Accounting and security records contain no media URLs or photos and have a separate retention policy: TODO before launch.

The app's expiry and deletion do not guarantee deletion by Kie.ai or its downstream providers. TODO: verify provider/subprocessor retention, deletion route, processing location, training use and contractual safeguards before accepting user photos. We cannot promise a provider retention duration that has not been confirmed.

Authorization and security

Use your own photo or an adult's photo with their explicit authorization to submit it for AI processing. We validate file types, size and pixels; restrict access to verified logged-in users; and apply concurrency, daily usage and supplier budget limits. Essential sign-in cookies are required. TODO: confirm whether any optional analytics will be enabled; they must remain disabled until disclosed and approved.

Contact and rights

TODO: verify receiving and reply delivery for the planned mailbox, confirm individual operator identification, and assign responsibility for privacy requests. Before release, establish a way to request account/media deletion and handle privacy requests for the approved service regions. This draft is not a claim of compliance with every jurisdiction.

For controlled free usage, email verification is required. We retain a hash of the normalized verified mailbox to prevent repeated signup gifts after account deletion, and use shared daily IP counters for basic abuse limits. These retained security claims contain no portraits or videos. Their final retention/deletion policy requires operator review before public launch.
