Contact — Beta Draft

Draft updated: 2026-10-13

Pre-release draft, not yet effective.

The project is being prepared by an individual operator / independent developer. No dedicated company or other legal entity has been established for this project.

The planned support and privacy/data-request address is support@airumpelstiltskin.video. This mailbox has not yet been confirmed as active or able to receive mail. It is not an available support channel at this draft stage; no response-time promise is made.

The initial service is an English-language public launch with controlled free usage. This does not promise availability in all countries or regions.

TODO before release: confirm the individual operator's identifying details and applicable jurisdiction/contact disclosures, verify mailbox receiving and reply delivery, and approve the final permitted service regions against provider and hosting restrictions.

After launch, provide your task ID and a short description when requesting support; never send passwords, API keys or signed download links. Request media deletion from your signed-in history. An active task may need to finish before input cleanup is safe.
